Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome each client into the space with warmth and intention, creating a relaxed and elevated in-store experience.
Build genuine connections with customers by engaging in thoughtful conversation and understanding their style, needs, and occasion.
Provide personalized styling recommendations, guiding clients toward pieces that feel unique and meaningful to them.
Maintain a strong knowledge of all collections, designers, and materials to confidently speak to the story behind each piece.
Support clients through the full purchasing journey—from discovery to final sale—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Accurately process transactions using Square POS, including credit and debit payments.
Handle exchanges and customer inquiries with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Introduce new arrivals, featured pieces, and in-store promotions in a natural, curated way.
Maintain and update customer records to support ongoing client relationships and personalized service.
Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the shop floor is always styled to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and standards.
Complete daily operational tasks and checklists, including opening/closing procedures, inventory organization, and general upkeep of the space.
Support inventory management by locating items, restocking displays, and ensuring accuracy in product availability.
Be attentive to the overall environment, proactively addressing any concerns and communicating potential issues to management.
Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a thoughtful and authentic way.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment while maintaining a calm and composed presence.
Comfortable with basic math and transactional accuracy, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
Physically capable of handling merchandise and performing light lifting (up to 20 lbs) as part of daily operations.
Able to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team, with reliability and accountability.
A strong appreciation for aesthetics, presentation, and maintaining a beautifully curated retail space.
Preferred Skills
Experience operating Square POS.

Sales Associate - Part-Time
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our unique and thoughtfully curated space. This role is ideal for someone who has a natural ability to connect with people, a strong sense of personal style, and a genuine passion for delivering an elevated in-store experience.
As a Sales Associate, you will play an integral role in shaping the client experience—from the moment they enter the shop to the final purchase. You will intuitively understand client needs, offer personalized recommendations, and guide them toward pieces that feel both meaningful and effortless.
Beyond sales, you will contribute to the overall atmosphere and presentation of the space—ensuring it remains beautifully styled, organized, and reflective of the brand. You will also support daily operations including merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
