Vienna offers affordable Canada-wide shipping for a flat rate of $15 via Canada Post Flat Rate Mail. Whether you're shopping from Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, or anywhere in between, we make it easy to have your favourite waterproof, tarnish-free jewelry delivered directly to your door.
Most orders are processed within 48 hours; however, please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation prior to shipment. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, Vienna is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit.

Vienna offers convenient local delivery throughout Calgary. Enjoy free local delivery on orders over $50 with code SHOPLOCAL, or choose local delivery for a flat rate of $10 on orders under $50.
Local delivery is available within Calgary city limits only.
Deliveries are made Wednesday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed during business hours will be prioritized for next-day delivery whenever possible.

In order to maximize the life of your jewelry, we suggest following the below care instructions:
Preserve your jewelry’s plating by avoiding contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, water, and chemicals.
Vermeil jewelry - remove jewelry prior to exercise, bathing, washing your hands or swimming.
Protect your jewelry by storing your items in a dry area in the cloth bag which was included with your purchase.
Clean your jewelry with a dry cotton cloth to renew its shine.
We recommend storing sterling silver styles with a cloth.
Natural gemstones can be fragile. Do not use paper towels to clean your gemstones as they can cause scratching.
Jewelry should be treated delicately as some base metals are malleable.

All products are handmade and one of a kind. While we try to portray items as accurate as possible, variations in pigment, texture and pattern can be expected. During the setting process air bubbles are released, creating perfectly imperfect textures.
Clean with damp cloth. Do not microwave or put in dishwasher. Wipe up excess water.

A Message from the Founder
With a very full heart, I want to share that Vienna’s physical retail location has closed its doors.
What began as a small dream built from passion, creativity, and a love for beautiful things became something far greater because of this community. Every customer who walked through our doors, every conversation shared, every kind word, and every person who chose to support a small business helped shape Vienna into something deeply meaningful to me.
After a great deal of thought and consideration, this was an incredibly difficult decision to make. Over the past several years, we have faced continuous challenges related to the ongoing construction in Marda Loop. Despite our efforts, optimism, and attempts to adapt, the store unfortunately has not recovered in the way we had hoped. Like many other local businesses in the area, the significant decline in foot traffic and the lasting impact on daily operations ultimately became too difficult to overcome.
Supporting local businesses truly matters more than people realize. Every purchase, visit, share, recommendation, and kind word genuinely makes a difference in helping small businesses survive and continue bringing character and community to our neighbourhoods.
To everyone who supported Vienna — whether you visited once, shopped with us regularly, attended events, supported us online, or simply rooted for us from afar — thank you. Your loyalty, support, and belief in this little boutique meant more than I could ever properly express. It has been one of the most rewarding and meaningful experiences of my life.
While this chapter is coming to an end, Vienna is not disappearing. Vienna will continue online, and I’m incredibly excited to continue curating pieces, creating in new ways, and exploring collaborations, seasonal pop-ups, and winter markets moving forward. My hope is that one day, when the timing is right, Vienna will once again have a physical space to call home.
Until then, thank you for believing in this dream, for supporting local, and for allowing Vienna to be a small part of your lives, homes, and stories.
